Privacy Tunnel VPN Provider Terms of Service:
Thank you for choosing Privacy Tunnel. Before starting, please read these Terms carefully. Among other things, the Terms cover the scope of your use of and access to the Privacy Tunnel and other VPN services, and any Software provided by Privacy Tunnel (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”).

Privacy Tunnel is a VPN service provider committed to safeguarding your online privacy and security. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of our VPN services. By accessing or using Privacy Tunnel, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • Subscription. All our paid Services are provided on a Subscription basis. This means that the provision of the Services will auto-renew at the end of the current Subscription period, unless you cancel it before the auto-renewal.   • Acceptance of Terms: By using Privacy Tunnel VPN services, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions provided to you in connection with your use of our services.
  • Service Description: Privacy Tunnel provides virtual private network (VPN) services that encrypt your internet connection and route your online traffic through secure servers, protecting your privacy and enhancing your security while browsing the internet.
  • User Conduct: You agree not to use Privacy Tunnel for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using our services. You are solely responsible for any content you transmit through Privacy Tunnel.
  • Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using Privacy Tunnel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • Payment and Subscription: Some features of Privacy Tunnel may require payment. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription in accordance with the pricing and payment terms provided to you.

  • Limitation of Liability: Privacy Tunnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.
  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Privacy Tunnel harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
  • Modification of Terms: Privacy Tunnel reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
  • Termination: Privacy Tunnel reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION:

    Subscription Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription (i.e., turn off auto-renewals for the upcoming service period) at any time. Canceled subscriptions will not be refunded for the unused part of the ongoing service.  This is Non-negotiable.

    • By using Privacy Tunnel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Thank you for choosing Privacy Tunnel for your VPN needs.
